Today we bring you this original and delicious recipe of “Ibero Express”: Tostón with wheat and corn gofio.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of toast

  • Wheat and corn gofio

  • Fish soup

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • Coriander

Directions

  • We boil the fish stock along with the coriander leaves.
  • Mix with the gofio until you get the desired texture to put in the tostones that previously fried in oil at 150 º C and left for 5 to 6 minutes or until they brown.
  • We laminate the garlic cloves, we fry until giving a golden color taking care not to burn them. These will be used to decorate with some fresh coriander leaves.
  • Put a thin layer of gofio on the tostón, decorate with the garlic and coriander leaves.
