Ingredients
500 grams of toast
Wheat and corn gofio
Fish soup
3 cloves of garlic
Coriander
Directions
- We boil the fish stock along with the coriander leaves.
- Mix with the gofio until you get the desired texture to put in the tostones that previously fried in oil at 150 º C and left for 5 to 6 minutes or until they brown.
- We laminate the garlic cloves, we fry until giving a golden color taking care not to burn them. These will be used to decorate with some fresh coriander leaves.
- Put a thin layer of gofio on the tostón, decorate with the garlic and coriander leaves.
