Preparation

Gofio La Molineta requires a time of between 24 and 48 hours to prepare your ordersonce payment has been received, after which we send the goods by parcel service.So if when reviewing your order you see that you are in the "preparing order" situation for a day or two, don't worry, we will probably be in the process of preparingit.

We work with Correos y Envialia to process the shipments.

Deadlines

The deadlines are as follows:

• Correos Paquete Azul - Canarias: 72 hours working hours.
• Correos Paquetería Internacional: Europe 10/12 working days to between 20/30 business days depending on international destination.
• Envialia Península: Shipments are made every business Wednesday, delivery time between 4 and 5 business days to reach its destination. DUA and customs procedures included, the amount is final.

These deadlines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. It canalso vary depending on the dates, for example in December, due to the workloadcaused by Christmas shipments, all shipments are usually delayed longer thanusual.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as transport costs.Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of theshipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct ordersplaced separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your order will bedispatched uninsured, but special care is taken to protect each item.

Zone B: Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greenland, Hungary, Faroe Islands, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Czech Republic and Romania.

Zone B ECO: Argeria, Iceland and Tunisia.

Zone B2: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Morocco, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.

Zone C: All the countries of America.

Zone C2: Nicaragua and Honduras.

Zone D: All Asian countries, Libya, Sudan and Egypt.

Zone D Oceania: All the countries of Oceania.

Zone D2: Australia and New Zealand.

Zone E: All African countries.

SAD and customs procedures

For the rest of Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) it is possiblethat extra expenses in concept of SAD and/or Customs Procedures and/or Taxes(VAT) will be applied to your order once it reaches its destination. With our shippingcompany these SAD expenses are included in the transport costs of your order.

These extra expenses (SAD and/or Customs Procedures and/or Taxes (VAT)) are not covered by Gofio La Molineta and will always be paid by the customer.

Important: www.gofiolamolineta.es reserves the right to change the deliverycompany for another one in those circumstances that require it, such as saturationdue to holidays, demand, dates and other conditions. This change will not affect theamount paid previously by the customer when placing the order.

Forms of payment

Payment by Paypal

Payment made through the secure online payment platform provided by Paypal withthe maximum security guarantee provided by that company.

Payment with Virtual TPV

Our virtual POS uses the SSL 3.0 protocol with a 256-bit encryption, whichguarantees that the communications between the payment server and the client arecompletely secret and secure, with the data travelling completely encrypted.

About your payment details

All these payment methods are secure, Gofio La Molineta does not store your bankdetails or card numbers, nor do we have access to these details as payment is madethrough secure payment gateways managed by third party companies of recognisedprestige such as PayPal, banks or services such as Visa and MasterCard.

Returns

Our Customer Service department has an after-sales service to solve any problemwith our articles or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficientattention to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it.

1. FREE returns in our establishment. Items purchased online can be returned free ofcharge in our establishment. The product must be accompanied by the Purchaseinvoice and only the amount of the product will be refunded and not the shippingcosts.
2. Returns from home. Returns can also be made by e-mail or telephone(info@gofiolamolineta.es - (+34) 922 257 155).

n this case the direct cost of returning the good or service will be assumed by thecustomer, as stated in the LGCU, the amount of this cost in the Peninsula, Balearicand Canary Islands is: between 11 ? and 22 ?, depending on the weight of thepackage. Being the cost of the International package: between 30 ? and 50 ?,depending on the weight of the package.

You must send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its originalpackaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. The returnshipment to our warehouse is at the customer's expense but in case of exchange,you will not have to pay the shipping costs of the new order.

It is very important that you return the product(s) to us perfectly packaged. If theproducts are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouse and check that all the above conditionsare met, Gofio La Molineta will accept the return of the product and proceed torefund the amount according to the payment method made, and if necessary, theshipment of the new product:

1. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card.
2. If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask for the account number from which youmade the payment for its return in the same one.

Note: You will receive the refund within a maximum of 20 days from the receipt of theexchange or return product in our warehouse. Please note that if you paid by creditcard it is likely that your bank will not show you the amount of the refund in yourbalance until the following month.

To return a product you must send an email to info@gofiolamolineta.es with subjectRETURN where you must indicate the order number, the reason for the return andpictures of the damage you have noticed in your order.

Please note that Gofio La Molineta does not accept shipping on delivery, if you haveany questions please contact Customer Service.

If you do not agree with your order, there is an error, or it takes longer thanexpected, please contact us.
