Ingredients
200 grams of wheat and millet gofio.
250 millilitres of water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Directions
- Let’s pour the gofio into a bowl.
- Add the sugar and salt to the water and mix until dissolved.
- Add the oil to the gofio and pour in the water little by little and stir. We finished kneading with our hands until it is all well bound and form a cylinder with rounded edges.
- Serve in a dish or plate cut into thick slices.
