Chocolate truffles with gofio
60 grams of whipping cream
30 grams of gofio
150 grams of milk chocolate coating
40 grams of dark chocolate coating
25 grams of butter
- Boil the cream and if it is with a stick of cinnamon to make it taste better.
- When it has boiled, strain the cream and mix it with the rest of the ingredients except the butter and the dark chocolate coating.
- Mix well and gently until you get a shiny dough, let it rest and when the mixture is smooth, with the help of an ice-cream scoop or a spoon, make little balls and dip them in the previously melted dark chocolate coating.
- Coat with the gofio and leave to harden on baking paper.
