Nothing better than a shake to cool down hot summer evenings. Easy, quick and very nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe “conference” pear

  • 1 teaspoon gofio

  • 200 ml. lactose free milk

Directions

  • In the glass of the blender put the pear peeled and cut into pieces.
    Add the teaspoon of gofio.
