kcalToday we want to share with you this succulent recipe from “La Cocinita Cupcakes”: panacotta de gofio. Easy, fast and ideal for those with a sweet tooth!
Ingredients
2oo ml of milk
300 ml of 35% MG cream
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 sheets of gelatin (6 gr).
5 spoonfuls of gofio.
120 ml of cream (decoration)
200 gr of dulce de leche (decoration)
Sliced bananas ( cut at 0,4 ml ) (decoration)
Directions
- Hydrate the gelatin with cold water for 12 minutes.
- Put the milk, cream, sugar and gofio (don’t forget the gofio!, which will create lumps if not added later) in a saucepan, stirring constantly until you notice that it starts to bubble.
- Add the gelatine and stir.
- We can now divide our mixture into small glasses, let it cool in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Once cold, mix the cream with the dulce de leche (it will remain more liquid) and we can put it on top of our pannnacotta mixture.
- Finally we will put the banana slices, and we will give it half an hour of cold.
