Today we want to share with you this succulent recipe from “La Cocinita Cupcakes”: panacotta de gofio. Easy, fast and ideal for those with a sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 2oo ml of milk

  • 300 ml of 35% MG cream

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

  • 3 sheets of gelatin (6 gr).

  • 5 spoonfuls of gofio.

  • 120 ml of cream (decoration)

  • 200 gr of dulce de leche (decoration)

  • Sliced bananas ( cut at 0,4 ml ) (decoration)

Directions

  • Hydrate the gelatin with cold water for 12 minutes.
  • Put the milk, cream, sugar and gofio (don’t forget the gofio!, which will create lumps if not added later) in a saucepan, stirring constantly until you notice that it starts to bubble.
  • Add the gelatine and stir.
  • We can now divide our mixture into small glasses, let it cool in the fridge for 3 hours.
  • Once cold, mix the cream with the dulce de leche (it will remain more liquid) and we can put it on top of our pannnacotta mixture.
  • Finally we will put the banana slices, and we will give it half an hour of cold.
