270 g of corn gofio
225 g of sugar
125 g of melted butter
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of yeast
375 ml of milk
- We preheat the oven to 200º .
- Mix the warm butter with the milk and eggs.
- Add the gofio, the yeast, the salt and the sugar. We do not have to stir much but just enough to have a homogeneous dough.
- Fill our capsules and bake for 20 minutes.
