Ingredients

  • 270 g of corn gofio

  • 225 g of sugar

  • 125 g of melted butter

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 teaspoons of yeast

  • 3 eggs

  • 375 ml of milk

Directions

  • We preheat the oven to 200º .
  • Mix the warm butter with the milk and eggs.
  • Add the gofio, the yeast, the salt and the sugar. We do not have to stir much but just enough to have a homogeneous dough.
  • Fill our capsules and bake for 20 minutes.
