Ingredients
1 Egg
80g of sugar
250ml whipping cream
10 g glucose, cream of tartar, Karo corn syrup or invert sugar
50 ml of milk
6 tablespoons of gofio
50g of chocolate for dessert
Directions
- Mix the egg with half the sugar until it is whitish and frothy. About 2 minutes with an electric stick.
- Whip the cream with the rest of the sugar and glucose.
- Mix the egg mixture with the whipped cream, add the milk, the gofio and the grated chocolate. Mix well.
- Pour into a bowl and put in the freezer.
