Ingredients
100 grams of unsalted butter (room temperature)
220 grams of sugar
1 pinch of vanilla extract
160 grams of flour (previously sifted)
40 grams of gofio (previously sieved)
120 millilitres of milk
FOR FROSTING100 grams of butter (room temperature)
200 grams of icing sugar
60 millilitres of milk
4 tablespoons of gofio
1/2 cup vanilla extract
Directions
- We preheat the oven to 170º and prepare 12 paper capsules.
- We sift the flour and the gofio and set aside.
- Lightly beat the butter and add the sugar. Continue beating until it is mixed.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat well with each addition.
- Add some of the dry ingredients that you reserved at the beginning to the mixture and beat at low speed so as not to create a cloud of dust.
- Continue beating and add a little milk mixed with the extract.
- Repeat steps #5 and #6 until you finish with the ingredients and finish beating.
- Lightly beat the butter and add the previously sieved icing sugar and beat for a few minutes, until it whitens.
- Add half of the sifted gofio, beat and squirt the milk mixed with the extract. Continue beating until it is well integrated.
- Add the other half of the gofio and the rest of the milk.
- Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
