Ingredients

  • Gofio La Molineta

  • Apple juice or water

  • Panela or honey or agave syrup

  • 1 Fuji or Richard apple, grated

Directions

  • In a bowl mix the gofio, the sweetener and the apple, if necessary and the mixture is very dry, add water or juice a little at a time.
  • Once the texture is achieved, with the help of a spoon collect small amounts of dough and form small balls.
  • Once the dough is ready, add gofio, grated coconut or sesame.
    Then place on a plate and serve.
  • In case you want to save them for the week, I recommend keeping them in a well covered jar in the fridge.
