Ingredients

  • 1 cup of La Molineta frangollo

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • Cinnamon stick

  • Lemon peel

  • Raisins

  • Almonds

  • Sugar

Directions

  • First of all, all the ingredients have to be added in a cauldron.
  • Then it is brought to a boil over a low heat.
  • Stir continuously, preferably with a wooden spoon, until it thickens and comes off the sides.
