Ingredients

  • 1 litre of milk

  • 8 egg yolks

  • 300 gr. of La Molineta Wheat Gofio

Directions

  • Heat the milk with the Gofio, then mix the sugar with the egg yolks and add slowly to the milk with Gofio, stirring without boiling.
  • Let it cool and put it in a refrigerator until it is creamy and icy. It can also be placed in a container inside the freezer, taking it out and stirring from time to time to avoid crystallization.
