We bring you the recipe for making homemade gofio ice cream so that you can make the first ice cream of the summer in a healthy and homemade way.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 litre of milk
- 8 egg yolks
- 300 gr. of La Molineta Wheat Gofio
PREPARATION
Heat the milk with the Gofio, then mix the sugar with the egg yolks
and add slowly to the milk with Gofio, stirring without boiling.
Let it cool and put it in a refrigerator until it is creamy and icy. It can also be placed in a container inside the freezer, taking it out and stirring from time to time to avoid crystallization.
